Aluminum Fence Installation — Built for South Florida

Powder-coated aluminum is the workhorse fence of South Florida — maintenance-free, hurricane-engineered, and built to handle salt air without rusting out in five years like steel. We install residential, pool, and commercial aluminum fencing across Stuart, Jensen Beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and the surrounding service area.

Why Homeowners and Businesses Choose Our Aluminum Fencing

Every installation is engineered for South Florida's salt air, hurricane wind loads, and brutal UV — not just thrown together with whatever the supplier had on the truck.

Maintenance-Free for Decades

No staining, no rust, no painting. The powder-coat finish bonds to the aluminum at the factory and holds up against UV, salt, and pool chlorine for 20+ years.

Hurricane-Engineered Assemblies

Our standard aluminum panels are rated for high-wind zones with reinforced rails and properly spaced posts set in concrete — not the shortcut spacing you see on big-box DIY installs.

Florida Pool Code Compliant

For pool enclosures we install to FL 515 / Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act — minimum 48" height, self-closing and self-latching gates, and proper picket spacing.

Marine-Grade Hardware

Stainless steel screws, hinges, and latches — not painted zinc that bleeds rust streaks down your fence in eight months.

Multiple Styles & Heights

Flat-top, spear-top, two-rail, three-rail, four-rail, puppy-picket, and pool-code styles in 4′, 4.5′, 5′, and 6′ heights. Custom heights available.

Colors That Last

Standard powder-coat black, bronze, and white. Special colors (sand, dark green, beige) available by quote. We match HOA color requirements.

Materials, Colors & Specifications

We only install fencing built to last in Florida — marine-grade hardware, hurricane-rated assemblies, and powder-coat finishes that don't chalk out in three summers.

Aluminum Alloy 6005-T5

Our standard alloy is structural-grade aluminum used in marine and aerospace applications. Stronger than the lightweight extrusions you see at home improvement stores, with proper wall thickness for posts (.080″ minimum) and pickets.

AAMA 2604 Powder Coat

The finish is a 2604-spec powder coating that resists chalking, fading, and salt spray. Verified by independent testing to hold color for 10+ years in coastal exposure.

Stainless and Galvanized Hardware

Pool fences and coastal installs get full stainless. Inland residential gets hot-dip galvanized with stainless self-tapping screws — either way, no rust.

Concrete-Set Posts

Every post is dug below frost depth (12″ minimum in Florida, deeper near canals and the coast) and set in concrete — not driven into sand or screwed to a deck.

Our Installation Process

No surprises, no guesswork. Every project follows the same playbook from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.

  1. 1

    Free On-Site Estimate

We come out, walk the property line, identify any setbacks, easements, HOA constraints, or underground utility considerations. You get an itemized quote on the spot — no “we’ll email it later” games.

  2. 2

    Permit & HOA Approval

We pull the Martin County or Palm Beach County permit, handle the HOA submission package (drawings, materials list, color samples), and call 811 for the underground locate.

  3. 3

    Material Ordering

Fence components are ordered to spec from our manufacturer once permits clear. Standard lead time is 2–3 weeks; rush orders available for storm repair situations.

  4. 4

    Install Day

Posts go in first, set in concrete, plumbed and stringline-leveled. Rails and pickets go up after concrete cures — typically next day for residential, same day for commercial when we use rapid-set mix.

  5. 5

    Walkthrough & Warranty

Final inspection with you on site — gate swings, latches, post heights, anything else. You sign off. We submit the final inspection request to the county and hand you the warranty paperwork.

Pricing & What to Expect

Most residential aluminum fence projects run $35–$55 per linear foot installed, depending on height, style, and gate count. Minimum project is $750. Use our live estimator for an instant ballpark, or call for an exact quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does an aluminum fence last in Florida?+

Properly installed aluminum fencing with AAMA 2604 powder coating and stainless hardware lasts 25–40 years in South Florida coastal exposure. Most homeowners replace it for style reasons long before it fails structurally.

Will the powder coat fade or chalk?+

The 2604-spec coating we use is rated against chalking for 10+ years of direct South Florida UV. You may see slight color softening after 15–20 years, but no peeling or flaking when properly installed.

Is aluminum fencing hurricane-rated?+

Yes — our standard installations meet Florida Building Code wind load requirements for residential fencing in Martin and Palm Beach Counties. We can engineer higher wind ratings for commercial sites or HVHZ zones on request.

How much does aluminum fencing cost per foot?+

Installed pricing ranges from about $35 per foot for 4′ flat-top residential to $65+ per foot for 6′ commercial spear-top with custom color. Gates add $400–$1,800 each depending on size and operator. Use our live cost estimator to get an instant ballpark.

Do I need a permit for an aluminum fence?+

Yes — both Martin County and Palm Beach County require permits for new fence installation. We pull the permit as part of every job. Pool fences also require a separate inspection under the Florida Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act.

Can you match my neighbor’s aluminum fence?+

In most cases, yes — if your neighbor has standard black, bronze, or white powder-coat aluminum with a common picket style, we can match closely. Bring us a photo and we’ll confirm during the on-site visit.
