1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AlliedFenceAndGate.com™ website (“AlliedFenceAndGate.com™”) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.

2. Company Information

AlliedFenceAndGate.com™ is an insured and bonded fencing contractor operating in Martin County and Palm Beach County, Florida. All work is performed in compliance with Florida statutes and local building codes.

3. Services & Estimates

Free Estimates: We provide complimentary on-site estimates for fencing projects. Online estimates generated through our Fence Estimator tool are ballpark approximations only and do not constitute a binding quote or contract.

Minimum Project Size: $750. We do not perform repairs or projects under $750.

Scope of Work: All project scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in the written contract provided after an on-site estimate. The written contract supersedes any online estimate or verbal communication.

4. Payment Terms

Down Payment: A 30% down payment is required upon signing the contract to secure scheduling.

Balance: Remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Discounts: A 5% discount is available for military personnel and cash payments. Discounts cannot be combined.

Financing: We do not offer financing at this time.

5. Project Timeline

Typical installation timeline is 3–4 weeks from contract signing, subject to permitting, weather, material availability, and other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Permits & Compliance

Fence installation in Florida typically requires permits. For projects over $2,500, a Notice of Commencement is required by law. 811 Sunshine (Call Before You Dig) utility locating is mandatory and free. AlliedFenceAndGate.com™ will guide customers through the permitting process.

7. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and are detailed in your written contract. Welded aluminum fencing includes a lifetime warranty against structural defects. Material warranties from manufacturers apply separately.

8. Online Estimator Disclaimer

The online Fence Estimator Tool provides rough ballpark estimates for budgeting purposes only. Actual pricing depends on site conditions, material selection, access, grading, and other factors. Only a written quote following an on-site visit constitutes a binding price. See our full disclaimers.

9. Insurance Claims

For insurance restoration projects, AlliedFenceAndGate.com™ provides Good Faith Estimates for adjusters. We are not responsible for claim outcomes, coverage determinations, or disputes between the customer and their insurance carrier. ACV (Actual Cash Value) and RCV (Replacement Cost Value) determinations are made solely by the insurance company.

10. Website Use

You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from this website without written permission. All photos of completed projects are the property of AlliedFenceAndGate.com™.

11. Limitation of Liability

AlliedFenceAndGate.com™' liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Martin County or Palm Beach County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
