Gate Systems & Automatic Access Control
A gate is the most-used moving part on your property — it has to look right, swing right, and keep working for years. We design, build, and install manual and automatic gate systems for driveways, side yards, pool enclosures, and commercial entrances.
Why Homeowners and Businesses Choose Our Gate Systems
Every installation is engineered for South Florida's salt air, hurricane wind loads, and brutal UV — not just thrown together with whatever the supplier had on the truck.
Swing & Sliding Gates
Single or double-swing for driveways with side clearance. Cantilever or v-track sliding for tight lots where a swing arc isn’t practical.
Automatic Operators
LiftMaster, Doorking, Linear, and FAAC operators for residential and commercial. UL325-2018 compliant with photo eyes, edge sensors, and battery backup.
Access Control
Keypads, card readers, intercoms, smartphone apps, and gate-club/HOA system integration. We coordinate the low-voltage with our electrical partners.
Custom Welded Aluminum Gates
For estate entries we fabricate custom welded aluminum gates in-shop — ornamental, single-piece, no visible fasteners.
Hurricane-Rated Hardware
Stainless and marine-grade hinges, latches, and operators that survive South Florida salt and storms.
Code-Compliant Installation
All automatic gates installed to UL325-2018 entrapment safety standards — photo eyes, edge sensors, manual disconnect, warning signage.
Materials, Colors & Specifications
We only install fencing built to last in Florida — marine-grade hardware, hurricane-rated assemblies, and powder-coat finishes that don't chalk out in three summers.
Aluminum Gate Frames
Heavy-wall powder-coated aluminum gate frames built to match your fence. Reinforced corners and structural welds on operator-driven gates.
Hinges & Hardware
Stainless steel ball-bearing hinges on swing gates. V-track or cantilever wheel assemblies on slide gates.
Operator Brands
LiftMaster, Doorking, Linear, FAAC — commercial-grade UL325-2018 compliant operators with full safety packages.
Access Devices
Code-quality keypads, card readers, prox readers, gate-club intercoms, and cell-based apps (LiftMaster MyQ, Doorking Cell).
Our Installation Process
No surprises, no guesswork. Every project follows the same playbook from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.
- 1
Site Assessment
We measure the opening, evaluate ground slope, drainage, and clearance, and recommend swing vs slide vs cantilever based on your specific lot.
- 2
Gate Design
Style and material matched to the existing fence (or new fence run). Gate width, height, hardware, and operator selection.
- 3
Permit & Electrical Coordination
Gate permit pulled. We coordinate the electrical service to the operator with our licensed low-voltage and electrical partners.
- 4
Install & Wire-Up
Gate hung, operator installed, photo eyes and edge sensors wired, access devices programmed, signage installed per UL325-2018.
- 5
Walkthrough & Training
We walk you through manual disconnect, remote pairing, app setup, and routine maintenance. Service plans available.
Pricing & What to Expect
Manual gates start around $400 (small walk gates) and run $1,500–$3,500 for double-swing driveway gates. Automatic operator packages add $2,500–$8,000+ depending on operator class, access control, and electrical work needed.

What is UL325-2018?+
UL325 is the safety standard that every automatic vehicular gate operator must meet. The 2018 revision requires photo eyes or edge sensors, manual disconnect, monitored safety devices, and specific warning signage. We install to UL325-2018 every time.
Can you automate my existing gate?+
Often, yes — if the gate frame is structurally sound and the right size for an operator. We’ll evaluate during the on-site visit. Many older gates need reinforcement or a frame upgrade before an operator can be added.
How long does a gate operator last?+
A quality commercial operator (LiftMaster CSL/CSW, Doorking 9000-series, FAAC, Linear) typically runs 10–15+ years with routine service. Residential-class operators are usually 7–10 years.
Can I open the gate from my phone?+
Yes — most modern operators support smartphone control via LiftMaster MyQ, Doorking Cell, or similar cloud apps. We program the cellular gateway as part of the install.
What if the power goes out?+
Every UL325-2018 operator we install includes a manual disconnect (you can push the gate by hand) and battery backup so the gate keeps cycling for hours during a Florida thunderstorm or hurricane outage.
How much does an automatic gate cost?+
A complete automatic driveway gate (gate + operator + photo eyes + keypad) typically runs $5,500–$12,000 installed depending on gate size, materials, operator class, and access control. Use our cost estimator or call for a precise quote.
