Custom Gates — Ornamental Iron, Security & Estate
Hand-welded ornamental iron gates, estate entry gates, modern security gates, and automated gate systems. Custom-fabricated by our in-house steel fabrication and welding team in Martin County & Palm Beach County, FL.
AlliedFenceAndGate.com™ is a gate supplier, steel fabricator, and welder serving Martin County and Palm Beach County, Florida. We design, fabricate, and install custom gates for residential estates, commercial properties, HOA communities, and industrial facilities — from elegant ornamental iron driveway gates with hand-forged scrollwork to modern horizontal-slat security gates with concealed hinges and electronic access control.
Our in-house fabrication capability sets us apart from fence companies that simply order pre-made panels from a catalog. We cut, weld, grind, and powder-coat every custom gate in our own shop, which means we can build to any specification: non-standard widths, custom heights, unique designs, monogram medallions, decorative finials, and matching fence panels. Materials include aluminum (corrosion-proof for coastal properties), ornamental iron (the classic wrought-iron look), galvanized steel (maximum strength for security applications), and stainless steel (for marine environments).
We also install and service automated gate operators for swing, slide, and barrier-arm gates. Whether you need a simple remote-controlled residential gate opener or a full commercial access control system with keypads, intercoms, card readers, and loop detectors, we design and install the complete system. We service all major operator brands including LiftMaster, Linear, DoorKing, Viking, and FAAC.

Custom Gates FAQ
What types of custom gates do you build?
We fabricate ornamental iron driveway gates, estate entry gates with scrollwork and medallions, modern horizontal-slat security gates, diamond-pattern aluminum gates, pool safety gates, pedestrian walk gates, and commercial access gates. Every gate is hand-welded in our shop or on-site to your exact specifications.
What materials do you use for custom gates?
We work primarily with aluminum (both standard tubular and welded), ornamental iron (wrought iron style), galvanized steel, and stainless steel. Material choice depends on the application: aluminum for coastal properties (corrosion-proof), iron for ornamental estate gates, and steel for maximum security applications.
Can you automate an existing gate?
Yes. We retrofit existing swing and slide gates with automated operators, keypads, intercoms, remote controls, and access control systems. We also repair and replace existing gate operators from all major brands.
How long does a custom gate take to fabricate?
Simple gate designs take 2–3 weeks from approval to installation. Complex ornamental gates with custom scrollwork, medallions, or unique designs take 4–6 weeks. We provide detailed drawings for your approval before fabrication begins.
Do custom gates need permits?
Most gate installations require a building permit, especially automated gates with electrical components. We handle all permitting through the appropriate county building department. Driveway gates may also require approval from your HOA's Architectural Review Committee.
